Players and factions may request deliveries of large shipments from the Trade Guild. These shipments will arrive in a convoy at time agreed upon by the parties involved.

This state of war will exist until a set amount of damage (players killed, ships destroyed) has been done to the attacking faction (either through bounties, or through reprisals via the Trade Guild Accounts Receivable Fleet) or a payment for damages has been made, at which point a truce will be offered.
1) By 'small trading guild shop' being 'anchored' I presume that means a shop is spawned within territory at requested area? (If so, how much would they cost?)
2) Large shipments would at average shop price? (If so, would these shipments be off any material that is requested?)
3) How are people prevented from just approaching the hostile default shop and buying from it? I mean they are stopped from buying from the trade guild shop stations but normal shops have no turrets so they could still buy from there theoretically.

If factions are at war with the trade guild, they're unable to purchase from/sell to shops owned by the guild.
